Burning House had a wedding in the redwoods in 2008, and for the invitations designed a clever wheel based on a tree-ring pattern to give guests the relevant info without overwhelming the design with text. 2 pieces of untreated cardboard letterpressed in 3 colors, with a wooden plug allowing the top to spin.
